Nickey Rhodes,
FHI 360

Nickey Rhodes has been working in Learning and Development for 19 years. She is responsible for the design, reporting and management of the FHI 360 Learning Management System (LMS) that serves over 4500 users. Her role includes content updates, template creation and the management and training of users and course instructors using the NetDimensions platform. She developed and leads the FHI 360 Global Mentoring Program. She is responsible for the facilitation of live/virtual sessions as well as eModule design and development to deliver learning solutions to a broad range of audiences within FHI 360 as well as targeted external audiences.

Faye Anderson,
Global Communities

Faye Anderson serves as the Senior Strategy and Learning Advisor at Global Communities, working on organizational learning and development, strategic learning agendas and strategy execution, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She has over twenty years of experience across the higher education and federal consulting sectors and is a big proponent of beginner's mindset. Her experience includes growing an award-winning team from 12 to 35 members, co-founding a web development non-profit to help international groups get their messages out, and teaching economic theory to CIA analysts earning their MBAs.
